False Advertising by Bell

This URL http://www.bcenexxia.ca/wholesale/products/dslgate.htm Advertises all of Bell's current network services including DSL Gateway Access (what the 3rd parties use). Now after reading this site I notice two very interesting parts which in my mind is false advertising on Bell's part and would make very good grounds for a lawsuit for any ISP who is using Bell's lines.

And

The first one, no limit on data transfer so that your customers can surf and DOWNLOAD 24x7. Well I for one am feeling a limit on my transfers and downloading during the afternoon/evening hours so I am not sure how this is 24x7.

The second part, 6Mbps?!?!?!?  Last I heard Bell will not allow 3rd parties to offer 6mbit DSL to residential customers( it does happen when dsl profile mistakes are done, but not very often) yet Bell's own website for selling the service says they can offer it and it does not list who it is limited to but at this time
Bell will only allow business users to have 6mbit lines.
Right at the top of the page it says
"
offer DSL based high speed Internet access to
your residential and business customers"
so why limit 6mbit profiles?

I personally can't even get anything higher then 3008/800 on my DSL and I've had DSL since 2001 but I would allow them to put a remote in my front yard if I could get 6mbit.

Bell is selling services they can't/refuse to offer to anyone and in my mind this is false advertising and Bell should be forced to provide what they advertise.

Just incase the page magically gets deleted. PDF of Page and PDF of Downloadable Brochure
